Our Philosophy
Our Children in an infant-kinder environment need to feel safe, nurtured, and loved. At Sweet Pea Preschool, we believe these elements will allow the child to embrace their social, physical, and emotional development. A positive atmosphere is necessary for children to thrive and reach their fullest potential. For this reason, we practice positive reinforcement which creates opportunities for children to be recognized for good behavior. We build strong relationships and treasure each family to create a valuable partnership that will benefit the children entrusted to our care. To establish that connection, we believe in maintaining respectful two-way communication with parents because communication is essential in order to consistently and effectively meet the growing needs of children. All children are unique learners. At Sweet Pea Preschool, every child will learn different skills by exploring their natural curiosity and through teacher directed activities. We are dedicated to providing the unconditional support each child needs in order to learn and grow together.
